About MudWheelz

MudWheelz is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of off-road and powersport vehicles and parts across Canada. We provide a platform for listings and inquiries. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You must be of legal age in your province to use the site and to enter into transactions.

Listings and Conduct

• You may only list vehicles or parts you have the right to sell.
• Listings must be accurate, lawful and not misleading. Real photos and honest descriptions are required.
• No spam, scams, fraudulent listings, or prohibited or stolen goods.
• We may edit, remove, suspend or refuse any listing or account that violates these terms, at our discretion.

Transactions Between Users

Any sale, purchase or agreement is solely between the buyer and seller. MudWheelz does not inspect vehicles, guarantee listings, or take part in payment. We strongly encourage you to inspect any vehicle in person, verify ownership and documents, and never send a deposit before seeing the item. You use the marketplace at your own risk.

Dealers and Financing

Trusted Dealer status is granted at our discretion after verification and may be changed or removed at any time. Financing inquiries submitted through the site may be shared with financing partners who will contact you directly. MudWheelz does not provide loans and does not guarantee approval, rates or terms. Any financing agreement is between you and the financing provider.

Intellectual Property

The MudWheelz name, logo and site content are our property. By posting content such as listings and photos, you grant us a license to display and promote that content on the platform.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MudWheelz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from transactions between users, or from interactions with dealers or financing partners.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
